How well do you know your own desires? What do you want to receive? What can you give?<\/p><p>Connected to your body and soul, you can learn to feel what truly feels good to you, where you feel resistance, where emotions arise.<br \/>And when you allow yourself to feel all of this, rather than avoiding it, the most beautiful gifts come \u2014 deeper connection, bodies opening up, sensations we might have never allowed ourselves to feel before.<\/p><p><strong>All of this is art!
