Even though it is way better than it ever was and I have gone through so many layers of healing already.<\/p><p>First my grip on life was my personality or ego layer.<br \/>Thinking I was so smart, evolved, spiritual.<br \/>She was arrogant and told me, see we are better than them, we are so committed to the world, we see so much more, we are so holy.<br \/>But she was hiding in her iron tower, behind a hard layer of spiritual arrogance.<br \/>That part of me cracked open many years ago.<\/p><p>Then my scared little girl came out.<br \/>She was scared and told me see, we are not good enough, don\u2019t know enough, others are so much more evolved, educated, on top of life\u2026 \u00a0another ego layer.<br \/>Slowly I started showing myself, in big waves of yes I am going for it and no the world is a big scary place.<br \/>And in the bad times I used my old defense mechanisms.<br \/>My additions, trying to hide, trying to numb, focusing on others.<\/p><p>Slowly the waves of yes I am going for it getting more and more.<br \/>I tell myself, see I am a high priestess, I am my higher self, I am not my scared little girl, I am not my personality.<br \/>I love myself.<br \/>And although I could really feel how I love myself many of the times.<br \/>Telling myself I am this or that was also a way of giving myself an identity, a layer to protect myself.<\/p><p>And so I am stepping into just being.<br \/>No more hiding, no more focussing on others.<br \/>No more telling myself I am better or less.<br \/>Feeling every step of the way inside myself.<br \/>Every now moment.<br \/>Realizing that nothing around me is keeping me from self-love.<br \/>Realizing that no self-love in itself is my prison.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e495885 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"e495885\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"85\" height=\"27\" src=\"https:\/\/www.naturalbliss.nl\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/handtekening.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-1137\" alt=\"\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Entering this new year I realize I still don\u2019t love myself completely from deep within.
