you long to feel more free in your body or if you are curious about new ways of connecting in intimacy.<\/p><p>My name is Silvia and I organize workshops and give private sessions that give you the tools to see yourself\u00a0or your partner with new eyes.<\/p><p>This will give space to let go of conditioning around what is allowed and what not and how this should look like.\u00a0By liberating yourself from conditioning, blocked emotions, taboos and shame, you can connect deeper to yourself and others.<\/p><p>We grow up with ideas about intimacy and sexuality.<br \/>The how exactly it is done or how we can connect we do not learn. <br \/>The infinite possibilities in the world of intimacy are not very clear to us.<\/p><p>If you learn to see and experience intimacy in new ways, your intimate life will change but also your whole life will, you will start to feel more connected and more alive. <br \/>Intimacy and sexuality are a natural part of us as humans and if our sensual energy can flow freely, you feel the freedom in your body.<\/p><p>I use elements from tantra, tao, coaching, bodywork, conscious kink and my big passion shibari or kinbaku (Japanese bondage). <br My life experience and quest to discover all of me, my passion for freedom in sexuality and my passion for diving deep into consciousness and awareness.<br><br>\n\n&#8230; From international management studies and a career in business to an ashram in Thailand, a holy mountain in India and yoga in Mexico, my exploration is endless.<br>\n\nI have learned a lot from different teachers and sources of inspiration. I have done schooling in relationships and intimacy, tantra and massage, shibari or Japanese bondage, do-in tao yoga and coaching.<br>\n\nAlso I have learned so much from my own experience.
